Taking care of your DCPS-issued device is important for effective virtual learning and your academic success. To ensure your device is properly maintained and is performing at its best, please take a few minutes to submit this mandatory Device Health Check form. The form must be filled out and submitted by no later than April 30, 2021. If you have been assigned more than one device (e.g. laptop, tablet, hotspot, etc.), please include them in this form. A separate form must be filled out for each student.
